Ho! Ho! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Laughter and humor are healthy ways to feel great!  Laughter yoga combines some yoga breathing and some activities that will elicit laughter for no reason. Take a look at the video below to see how much fun people are having.

Laughter yoga can be offered in groups, and believe it or not, individually. Laughing for 10 to 15 minutes can burn 50 calories (http://www.webmd.com/balance/features/give-your-body-boost-with-laughter).  I've started offering 15 minutes of laughter yoga and have been experiencing more joy lately.

Mindfulness 

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to whatever is happening in our lives, inside and out, in the present moment.

It is not simply meditating, because we can be mindful throughout our day.

Mindfulness meditation can be offered in groups, and can be done individually. Being mindful or practicing mindfulness meditation for 10 to 15 minutes every day can create helpful and healthy habits that could make a huge difference in your life. 

I'm offering 15 - 20 minutes of laughter yoga and mindfulness so that you can experience more joy and calm.
