  • Week 3: Breathing Exercises for Relaxation

  • Outcome: By the end of Month 3, participants will have deepened their mindfulness practice, mastered the E+R=O response model, developed advanced breathing techniques for relaxation, and learned to savor daily experiences. They will have practiced these skills both in their daily lives and during a relaxing or culturally enriching weekend trip, enhancing their overall well-being and resilience.
