This two-session coaching experience is designed to help you prioritize self-care, recharge your energy, and integrate essential practices into your daily life.

Having experienced burnout firsthand, I know how easy it is to neglect your well-being. That’s why I created the Wellness Odyssey program—a unique process designed to help you prioritize self-care, include travel, and incorporate easy practices into your day-to-day life.
What is the Wellness Odyssey Program?
During the first part of the program, our first session, you’ll be introduced to a comprehensive and holistic well-being and self-care model, helping you select simple activities to incorporate into your daily routine. You’ll spend time considering what you want to experience during your holiday, set clear intentions, dream of your ideal vacation, and come up with three potential trips.
You’ll plan and prepare for your trip, with assistance available if needed. When you are ready, you’ll embark on your journey—whether it’s a weekend retreat or a week-long vacation—designed to provide you with the space to pause, reflect, and rejuvenate. This vacation will not only offer relaxation but also foster personal growth and new perspectives. You’ll be provided with a journal to help with this process.
After your trip, we’ll have a follow-up coaching session to reflect on your experiences. You’ll leave with a personalized self-care plan that fits seamlessly into your routine, ensuring you continue to prioritize your well-being long after the trip.
